J Niice is an international radio host, mix DJ and television actor.

J Niice has hosted programs on Washington DC’s HOT 995, Clevelands 965 KissFM, Houston’s Hot 957, Miami’s Y100, in the Cayman Islands on X1071 Star 927 and IRIE 98.9 FM, for 10 years hosted “The J Show” on Chicago’s B96 FM, and is a current co-host on Toronto’s CHUM 104.5 morning show “Marilyn Denis and Jamar” .

His start in show business began as a child doing TV shows, commercials and movies.  He’s been on ads for Cheerios, HoneyComb cereal and on Nickelodeon’s The Adventures of Pete and Pete.  He rekindled his love for the camera most recently as football star Vince Boyd alongside Taraji P. Henson on FOX’s Empire and is a regular guest on ABC7 Chicago’s daytime talk show “Windy City Live” and WCIU’s The JAM.
He’s an active volunteer in his community. J is a PADI Advanced Open Water SCUBA diver and has been seen volunteer diving at Chicago’s Shedd aquarium giving presentations on marine life as well as teaching underprivileged youth how to snowboard with the Burton “Chill” foundation.  He was a board member on Chicago’s Respiratory Health Association as well as the Midwest Jamaica Corp (MIJAC) and has given commencement speeches for various High Schools and mentors at risk youth.
